The JJP Prize 2002 Awards
(Prize for the best papers published
in The Japanese Journal of Pharmacology)
The Japanese Pharmacological Society has established an annual award, The JJP Prize. The prize is awarded in recognition of the best articles published in The Japanese Journal of Pharmacology, and all articles published in the preceding year of the award are candidates for The JJP Prize. This prize was introduced to encourage more people to contribute to this Journal and pharmacological sciences. A prize of ?50,000 is given for each winning article.
For the year 2002, the following three articles were selected among articles
published in the year 2001 issues by the Selection Committee for the Awards
of the Society:
